Aundre Dean is the Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of Luxe Serve, originally launching Luxe Serve LA as a premier hospitality staffing and catering company in Los Angeles. With a vision to combine Southern charm and West Coast sophistication, he built Luxe Serve into a trusted partner for luxury venues, exclusive events, and high-profile clients across the region.
Prior to establishing Luxe Serve, Aundre gained over a decade of experience in hospitality, staffing, and brand leadership, building a reputation for professionalism and service excellence. His ability to create meaningful client partnerships and lead diverse teams has been central to Luxe Serve’s success and expansion.
In 2025, Aundre expanded the brand into his hometown with the launch of Luxe Serve TX, now the company’s fastest-growing division and operational anchor. His leadership continues to shape Luxe Serve’s growth across multiple markets, where a commitment to innovation, cultural authenticity, and exceptional service remains at the core of the brand.

Human Resources & Operations Manager - Luxe Serve LA
Danielle Smith serves as the Human Resources & Operations Manager of Luxe Serve LA, bringing expertise in payroll, employee relations, compliance, and operations to the organization. With a strong focus on people and performance, she manages sensitive workplace issues, oversees payroll and HR processes, and ensures operational consistency across all client engagements.
Prior to joining Luxe Serve, Danielle supported HR and recruitment for nationally recognized brands, including Apple and Lowe’s Companies Inc. At Apple, she recruited top leadership talent for retail stores across multiple regions, while at Lowe’s she served as an HR Business Partner for 16 stores with more than 1500 employees.
In addition to her leadership in Los Angeles, Danielle supports Luxe Serve’s multi-market expansion into Texas, helping maintain HR excellence and brand consistency across regions. Her commitment to service and organizational growth strengthens Luxe Serve’s ability to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences while building engaged, high-performing teams.
